Moments after the footage was captured the car is believed to have ploughed into the smoking area of the pub with some claiming the driver had either been ‘drunk or on drugs’.
A 36-year-old man was killed and three others were injured as a result of the crash.
Police have since arrested a 40-year-old man on suspicion of murder after officers were called to the scene shortly after 12.30am on Sunday.

Essex Police said a 34 year-old man has been taken to hospital with life changing injures and two others, a 34 year-old woman and a 33 year-old man, were also taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Police were called to the Spinnaker Public House in Hythe Quay to reports of a car hitting the pub in the early hours of this morning.

The arrested man has also been detained on suspicion of grievous bodily harm, death by dangerous driving and assault.
Residents in the local area said that all emergency services including a helicopter had been in attendance.
There are reports that the vehicle may have been driven at speed into a group of people outside the pub.
The road is still closed and drivers are being advised to avoid the area this morning while police carry out a detailed investigation into the tragedy.
A man who said he was friends with one of the casualties said he was devastated to hear about the incident.

The man, who gave his name as Sean, said his friend was helicoptered to hospital with two broken legs, two broken hips and possibly a broken sternum.
He added: ‘I was devastated, absolutely devastated.
‘He has injuries from the waist down, and someone was saying maybe head injuries, but I’m waiting for updates at the moment.
‘He was with a group of about four people. All I know is the car just ploughed straight into the pub.’
On Saturday, the Spinnaker, described as the ‘friendliest pub on the quay’ opened its doors at 8.00am so rugby fans could watch the England v South Africa final.
The pub wins a 4.9 rating on Tripadvisor with customers describing it as ‘cosy’ with friendly staff, good beer, good home-cooked food and a friendly dog.’
In recent years much of the quay has been redeveloped by luxury flats – some lived in by staff and students from the University of Essex on the other side of the river.
Recalling the horror, the man who did not want to be named, said: ‘I heard a loud bang and saw there were all these people trapped behind the car.
‘Everyone was in panic, they were trying to remove the driver. ‘I just saw the passenger in the car and she was in panic too.

‘I was speaking with one of the lads who was playing pool with his friends and his friends were the ones who got trapped.
He added: ‘It sounded like a pallet falling off a lorry then I saw people running around so I came out. ‘I think the driver must have been on drugs or was drunk and wasn’t looking at the road, that’s exactly how it looked.’
A pub local, who would only give his name as Alan, said: ‘There was no skidding, I just saw a white car buried into the side of the building.
‘I as in bed and heard the crash, it sounded like a container falling off a lorry – I don’t think he slammed his brakes on.
‘It might well have been premeditated, but I can’t say for sure.
‘It was a melee down there, by the time I got out there the police and ambulance were there.’
He added: ‘I know one of the lads involved and he is a good lad.
‘He was just with my mate’s son having a drink. The guy who got killed my mate’s son offered him a chair and the next thing he knew the crash happened.
‘Two minutes later and he would have been dead.’
