E-commerce Association of Ireland – Talking Head’s – Conversion Rate Optimisation Event
When and where is it on?
Wednesday, 22nd of May, 2019. The Loft, 4 Dame Lane, Dublin 2. 6:30pm
How many years has it been going?
eCAI TalkingHeads events are ongoing. They first started 3 years ago when we recognised that there was a need for our members to regularly get together. They wanted to build and grow the industry by sharing pressure points, key industry developments and also they are always happy to share in each other success’s. Our members have always been a supportive group, the goal from day one has been to work with each other and relay back to us where the ecommerce industry needs attention in terms of policy, procedures and best practice.
What was the inspiration to start it?
Our members are the backbone of the Association. When we started out we asked them what they wanted and they overwhelmingly agreed that they wanted to meet, talk and learn from each other. So that’s what we do.
We wanted our members to be able to idea share in a relaxed atmosphere and to come together to discuss the key developments within the rapidly evolving e-commerce industry in Ireland.
Talking Heads primarily focuses on community. We bring together ecommerce professionals who want to know about best practice, policy changes that effect their business and above all build on experience.
What exciting things can people look forward to?
We take a lot of care to introduce attendees to people they might like to talk with and can drive ecommerce initiatives together.
The event has four expert tables where people can learn and interact with industry leaders on subjects including:
2) Content & email

4) Planning a CRO programme
