A mum has transformed her family kitchen using only a lick of paint and new door handles from eBay.
The entire transformation cost only £38 for DIY savvy Andrea Shortt who decided to make over her kitchen with a simple chic design.
Ms Shortt took to the Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains to share how she carried out such a successful transformation on a tiny budget.
This is the amazing transformation from a 2000’s dated kitchen (left) to a chic modern living space (right)
She wrote: ‘Here is my before and after pictures of my kitchen.
‘Both paint and primer was from B&Q. It does say the paint is self-priming, however I used a primer and one coat of paint. And new handles bought from eBay.
‘Took me 2 days. First day primer and left to dry over night, second day applied the colour and new handles. I also painted the insides of the cupboards.’

Ms Shortt bought both paint for £18 (right) and primer (left) for £12 from B&Q

Here are the handles used by Ms Shortt, only £8 for 20. The Extreme Couponing and Bargains Group was created by money saving mum Holly Smith
