Last summer we launched Mindful Smoothies: balanced blends of quality fruit and veg, along with ingredients like flaxseed, spirulina and cinnamon.   Packed with all the good stuff, we think they’re the perfect way to add some extra oomph to your diet – especially when you consider that ⅔ of the UK population are not even

Packed with all the good stuff, we think they’re the perfect way to add some extra oomph to your diet – especially when you consider that ⅔ of the UK population are not even getting their 5 a day! 

So, after months of development and many delicious tastings, we’re proud to introduce 3 new flavours to our healthy smoothie range, meaning you can now choose from 8 invigorating options. 

Each smoothie mix comes frozen in a pre-portioned pouch and is ready to pop in your blender. No chopping, no dicing, no mess. Simply add 250ml of your favourite liquid (more of this over on page 3) and blend. Head to shop.mindfulchef.com to load up your freezer.

Perfect pairings to mix up your smoothie

Superseed Acai smoothie

Whether you want to boost creaminess or add a nutritional punch, here are our favourite smoothie mixers. We recommend using 250ml of your chosen liquid, or a little less depending on how thick you like it.

Straight up water. 

Keep it simple by using water, not only does this mean no extra calories it also doesn’t alter the flavour. All our blends are carefully crafted by our in-house chefs and use fruit and veg frozen at peak ripeness, so they’re all deliciously flavoursome with just water. Best with: All 8

Coconut water.

For a tropical twist, use coconut water, not only does it taste great with ingredients like pineapple, mango and mandarin, it will add a dose of potassium which is beneficial after exercise. Best with: Tropical Cooler, Supergreen, Superseed Acai and Orange Energiser

Orange Energiser smoothie

Nut Milk.

We love using oat, almond or cashew milk to give our smoothies an irresistibly creamy texture. Like our recipe boxes and frozen meals, all our smoothies are gluten and dairy-free, but go ahead and use regular milk if you prefer. Best with: Green Breakfast, Berry Breakfast and Berry Blast
