Lamb Shepherd’s Pie with chunky Sweet Potato Mash

Our classic Shepherd’s pie is made using wild pasture grazed lamb, simmered with chestnut mushrooms and yellow pepper. We’ve topped this rich tomatoey ragu with a chunky sweet potato mash.
