Doing the same thing each day can be quite stressful. Employees go to work early in the morning, spend the next 8 to 9 hours working, and head back home too tired to do anything else. At some point, the employees could start feeling burnt out. Therefore, having a retreat is a welcome break from the routine. Your employees are humans and not robots. They also need a break to refuel and give them the energy that they need to work again.

Productivity is crucial for any business. If employees are unproductive, it could affect the success of the company. Stress and feeling burnt out are among the reasons for low productivity. Employees do not feel like they still have enough motivation to work. They are doing the tasks assigned to them for the sake of doing them.
